Escalante with the McAllisters

This lucky girl got to spend a whole 5 days in Escalante with the McAllister family! Wade has such an awesome family and im so happy i got to get to know all his family a lil better:) We fished, rode four wheelers, hiked, and laughed lots! oh yeah and we swam in the nasty lake...haha hilarious!

We fished at the Upper Barker lake and totally slayed the fish! Believe it or not I finally out fished Wade...i know shocking! By the end of a day of fishing i was totally covered in Power Bait from head to toe..and i smelt so great;) haha
After day 2 we had enough fish for a Fish Fry, and the family seemed pretty excited about that..of coarse i didnt eat the fish. Wades aunt Holly doesnt eat fish either so she made chicken for us, shes so sweet! The Carlton/McAllister family took such good care of me, the are some amazing people!

The night before we came home a crazy thunder storm hit in the middle of the night. It was insane thunder storm! The lightening would light up the trailer and then the thunder would shake the trailer..i didnt like it! Wade was on the other bed and he flipped around and was holding my hand..i like melted.  A little while later i started to almost fall asleep and i woke up with Wade standing over me whispering ,"scoot over!" Yeah best night ever. I got to cuddle up in his arms all night! Lets just say i didnt even care that i didnt sleep all night cause of the storm! I was perfectly happy...i love that boy!  Im so grateful to have Wade in my life...he has without a doubt turned my world upside down! He is such a gentleman and always taking such good care of me. He is always going out of his way to make sure i am comfortable and happy. Im am most certainly the luckiest girl alive:) Every time we went fishing Wade always had an extra jacket for me, or even packed mine in his backpack. He always carried my fishing pole, baited my hook for me and thats just to name a few..im totally spoiled(i like to see it more as loved)

We had such a fun trip and im so grateful for the McAllister to put up with me and drag me along! They are the greatest people! I wouldnt have wanted to spend my weekend anywhere else!
